In the 1990’s, current members of the Colgate Real Estate Advisors team played an integral part in representing institutional purchasers of distressed real estate loan portfolios. Past experience includes active participation in the receiverships pertaining to the underlying real estate, restructuring and workouts of the office and retail leases, due diligence and property management ancillary thereto.
